Accident and health insurance policy after Jan. 1, 2026, will provide coverage for vaccinations for COVID-19, influenza, RSV without copay, deductible or cost-sharing.
Vaccine must be authorized/licensed by FDA, and vaccine is ordered and administered per Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices standard immunization schedule.
If vaccines are not available to be administered by pharmacist or health care provider, a group or individual policy will cover the vaccination, admin fees, copay, deductible.
The health benefit coverage does not apply to the extent that it would disqualify a high-deductible health plan from eligibility for a health savings account (HSA).
