Reporting Office Rules
The changes to theReporting office rules contain amendments that were decreed on Jan. 26, 2024, approved by FINMA Apr. 15, 2024, entering in force on Jun. 10, 2024.
They cover changes to Annex A – Clause 1 para. 1, and Annex B – Clause 1 para. 3.
Directive 3: Trading
Amendments to Directive 3 cover revision of Clause 5.1.2 para. 1 lit. c), Clause 12 para. 1 lit. a-d), Annex C – Clause 1 para. 3, and the new Annex A – Clause 1 para. 2.
Changes as decreed by the resolution of the Participants & Surveillance Committee of the Regulatory Board dated Feb. 1, 2024, and coming into effect from Jun. 10, 2024.
Also the revision of Clause 11.9 para. 4, Clause 11.12 para. 2, Clause 11.14 para. 3, and for Clause 12.6 para. 2, relating to the ETF/ETP QOD Europe - Pre-trade controls.
In addition, new content as Clause 11.6.3 para. 1 lit. n), Clause 11.12 para. 4, as well as Section VI of document on exchange trading with quote request in QOD CHF Bonds.
The changes were decreed by Participants & Surveillance Committee of the Regulatory Board dated Feb. 1, 2024, and changes will now come into effect from Jun. 10, 2024.
Directive 7: Sponsored Access
Changes to Directive 7 affect revision of Clause 1 and deletion of Clause 7 para. 2 as decreed by Participants & Surveillance Committee of Regulatory Board, Feb. 1, 2024
All of these various changes to the directive will come into effect from Jun. 10, 2024.
There are revisions of Annex L – Clause 2 para. 5, Annex M - Clause 2 para. 5, Annex N - Clause 2 para. 5, as well as new elements and deletions, as part of the changes.
New elements consist of Annex J – Clause 2 para. 6, Annex Q – Clause 2 para. 7, as well as Annex R – Clause 2 para. 5, and the new Annex S covering QOD CHF Bonds.
The deleted sections consist of Annex J – Clause 2 para. 5, Annex O – Clause 7 para. 3, as well as Annex Q – Clause 2 para. 6, in addition to Annex R – Clause 2 para. 4.
Changes to be made by resolution of Management Committee of the Exchange of Jan. 19, 2024 and Mar. 22, 2024, and changes will come into effect from Jun. 10, 2024.
Effectiveness
All of these various changes to documents will come into effect from Jun. 10, 2024.

On Jun. 9, 2024, SWI SIX published list of charges under the trading rules, dated Jan. 19, 2024 and Mar. 22, 2024, with revisions entering into force on Jun. 10, 2024.

On Sep. 9, 2024, SWI SIX published the revised list of charges under the trading rules.
The revised list of charges under the trading rules enter into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
