PHI SEC Iloilo extension office issued reminder to corporations that intend to apply for an increase in authorized capital stock to send the application in by Nov. 30, 2023.
To ensure the procession and approval of the application within the year.
Nov. 2024 Deadline
On Nov. 7, 2024, PHI SEC Iloilo extension office notified corporations applying for an increase in authorized capital stock to submit applications on or before Nov. 22, 2024.
Applications submitted after deadline will be processed, but may not receive priority.
