DEN GVT issued Order on intra-group transactions pursuant to S 181(1), 373(4) of Financial business act, cf Consolidation act 1013 of Aug. 21, 2024, S 172(1), 316(1) of Act 718 of Jun. 13, 2023 on Insurance business, S 136(1), 270(1) of Investment firms and investment services and activities act, cf. Consolidation act 232 of Mar. 1, 2024
Applies to banks, mortgage credit institutions, insurance companies, general pension funds, investment brokerage companies and investment management companies.
S 7 and 8 of Order apply to companies covered by Insurance act S 166(1) and (2).
Order covers provisions regarding business hours, requirement to establish guidelines.
Effectiveness
Order enters into force Jan. 1, 2025 from which day Order 904 of Sep 1, 2004 on intra-group transactions is repealed.
