RUS CB extended measures to support microfinance institutions until Dec. 31, 2024.
Summary
To provide support to citizens and companies and preserve lending potential, RUS CB is extending until Dec. 31, 2024 inclusive, regulatory easing for microfinance firms.
And consumer credit cooperatives, which cannot classify loans from participants in military action affected clients as restructured debt when forming sanction reserves.
It is also planned to extend until Dec. 31, 2024 inclusive: the right of MFOs not to disclose information provided for by decisions of the Board of directors of RUS CB.
And application when assessing persons who have the right to directly/indirectly dispose of shares of an MFO, of the list of offshore zones approved by RUS CB.
