Dental carriers must file annual report for dental loss ratios to commissioner no later than Mar. 1, 2025, and annually by Mar. 1, gives requirements for the annual reports.
Commissioner authorized to request data from the carrier to verify annual report data.
Searchable report must be published on LOU INS website by Jun. 30, 2025, annually.
