RUS GVT issued resolution 1649 on amendments to certain acts of RUS GVT.
Key Points
The resolution outlines requirements for terms and procedure for approval, distribution, change, notification of budget commitment limits and acceptance.
Also, procedure for providing inter-budget transfers from the federal budget, procedure for providing subsidies to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and procedure for preparing a report on use of budgetary allocations of the reserve fund was clarified.
Effectiveness
By Dec. 25, 2024, RUS GVT will authorize recipients of federal budget funds to make payments for goods, services, for supplier who failed to meet Dec. 10, 2024 deadline.
