Bill Provisions
Seller of real property who received domestic water storage tank assistance, is aware that property received or still gets the assistance, should disclose to prospective buyer.
Disclosures must include details on whether the property has a domestic water storage tank provided by a county, community water system, local public agency, or nonprofit.
Also, must notify buyer water storage tank might not convey with the real property.
