Also Phillips, Prairie, St. Francis Union; neighboring ARK Clark, Columbia, Cross, Faulkner, Hot Spring, Mississippi, Ouachita, Poinsett, Pulaski, Saline, White, Woodruff.
Neighboring LOU parishes Claiborne, East Carroll, Morehouse, Union, West Carroll; MS Bolivar, Coahoma, DeSoto, Issaquena, Tunica, Washington; TN Shelby, Tipton.
Small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofits of any size may qualify for EIDL up to $2mn.
The loans are intended to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses which could have been met by the loan applicant had drought disaster not occurred.
Eligibility for these loans is based on financial impact only and not on actual damage.
