Bill Provisions
Dentist may not arrange/broker/establish financing extended by 3rd party for patient.
May not complete any portion of an application for financing extended by a third party.
Further, dentist is prohibited from providing electronic device for the patient to apply.
Prohibited from promoting or advertising material for financing extended by a third party if patient is under influence of anesthesia, being treated, or is in treatment area.
