On Nov. 6, LTH GVT issued order amending order on EU legislation.
LTH PRL issued Minister of Justice Order 1R-289 amending Order 1R-369 on the list of provisions of EU legal acts, violations of which cause or may cause damage to collective interests of consumers to add Regulation 2023/988 to it as new point 69.
Follows EU CNCL May 2023 issued Reg 2023/988 on product safety in OJ, #144010.
