ROM ASF Implementation of DORA
On Dec. 9, ROM ASF updated on new ROM PRL legislation passed.
- ROM ASF updated pages for AIFM, investment managers, services re Law 306/2024.
- Overview
- It amends Law 126/2018 on financial instruments markets, that amends Ordinance 32/2012 on UCITs and investment management companies.
- As well as Law 297/2004 on capital market and Law 74/2015 on AIF managers.
- The law includes several amendments to existing legislation, implements art 3 DORA.
- Effectiveness
- The law enters into force on Jan. 17, 2025.
