ITA BRS issued Notice 44467 amending Market Rules and Instructions effective Nov. 25, subject to tests' positive outcome, on transaction reporting manual replacement.

Art IA.3.2.2 of Instructions to Regulations on rules re transmission of orders to market amended per replacement of Transaction Reporting Manual with Euronext Group.
Transaction reporting guidelines for non-MiFID members (new) regulate operation of transaction reporting for non-MiFID clients on Euronext markets as of Nov. 25, 2024.
The latter also marks effective date of ITA BRS replacement of system used to comply with transaction reporting obligation referred to in article 26, paragraph 5 of MiFIR.

Effectiveness
