  • Primary Louisiana parishes: Acadia, Allen, Ascension, Assumption, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Bienville, Calcasieu, Caldwell, Cameron, Catahoula, Claiborne, Concordia,
  • DeSoto, East Baton Rouge, East Carroll, East Feliciana, Evangeline, Franklin, Grant, Iberia, Iberville, Jackson, Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, Lasalle, Lafayette, Lafourche.
  • Lincoln, Livingston, Madison, Morehouse, Natchitoches, Orleans, Ouachita, others.
  • Also neighboring Arkansas, Mississippi, and Texas counties were listed.
  • Small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture, most private nonprofits of any size may qualify for EIDLS of up to $2mn.
  • These loans are intended to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses which could have been met by the applicant had the disaster not occurred.
  • Eligibility for EIDLs is based on financial impact of disaster only not on actual damage.

  • Completed EIDL applications must be submitted to SBA by Nov. 25, 2024.
