DeSoto, East Baton Rouge, East Carroll, East Feliciana, Evangeline, Franklin, Grant, Iberia, Iberville, Jackson, Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, Lasalle, Lafayette, Lafourche.
Also neighboring Arkansas, Mississippi, and Texas counties were listed.
Small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture, most private nonprofits of any size may qualify for EIDLS of up to $2mn.
These loans are intended to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses which could have been met by the applicant had the disaster not occurred.
Eligibility for EIDLs is based on financial impact of disaster only not on actual damage.
Deadline
Completed EIDL applications must be submitted to SBA by Nov. 25, 2024.
