VA INS issued Administrative Order No. 12184 continuing the adoption of Standard Auto Form PP 01 99 01 25- Amendment of Policy Provisions- Virginia.
Provisions
Form reflects new minimum financial responsibility limits effective on Jan. 1, 2025.
Form is adopted per VA INS 38.2-2218, for policies effective on or after Jan. 1, 2025.
On and after Jan. 1, 2025, no insurer shall use any form covering substantially same agreements, unless form is in precise language of standard form PP 01 99 01 25.
No further need for continuance of Form PP 01 99 01 22 Amendment of Policy Provisions - Virginia and it is withdrawn for polices on and after Jan. 1, 2025.
