Commissioner issued order granting approval for a Statewide overall workers’ comp rate decrease of 1%, and a 13.9% decrease in premiums for the F class workers.
Rate decrease applies to new and renewal workers’ compensation insurance policies.
Effectiveness
Rates will be effective for new and renewed policies effective as of Jan. 1, 2025.
