BUL FSC EBA Travel Rule Guidelines
On Nov. 26, BUL FSC announced compliance with EBA guidelines.
BUL FSC announced intention to comply with guidelines on info requirements re transfers of funds and certain crypto-assets under Reg 2023/1113 , EBA/GL/2024/11 . Follows EU EBA issued report containing finalized travel rule guidelines , see #192521 . Effectiveness The guidelines apply as of Dec. 30, 2024.
