DEN CRG issued consultation letter on draft executive order amending the executive order on financing the operation of accounting controls with certain listed companies.
New Rates
Applicable fee rate increased due to new requirements for sustainability reporting.
For companies with market value of securities admitted to trading below DKK 250m on balance sheet date of financial year most recently completed on the collection date, the annual fee changes from DKK 16,000 to DKK 24,000.
For companies with market value of securities admitted to trading of DKK 250m or more, but less than DKK 1 bln annual fee changes from DKK 33,000 to DKK 50,000.
For companies with market value of securities admitted to trading of DKK 1 bln, the annual fee is changed from DKK 49,000 to DKK 100,000.

Responses due by Dec. 3, 2024; change expected to enter into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
Dec. 2024 Executive Order Published
On Dec. 5, 2024, DEN CRG published Order 1376 of Dec. 3, 2024 amending Order 960 of Sep. 13, 2019, on financing the operation of companies' accounting controls.
DEN CRG charges an annual fee to finance the accounting audit of certain companies.
I.e. companies that have equity investments, debt instruments or other securities which are admitted to trading on a regulated market in an EU/EEA country.
Companies from countries outside the EU/EEA that have securities admitted to trading on a regulated market in Denmark and that are subject to Danish accounting control.
But not subject to DEN FSA oversight under s 1(4), 213(7) of the Capital Markets Act.
The amounts of annual fees in section 2 are changed; in force on Jan. 1, 2025.
