On Jul. 18, CAL LEG enacted bill re ability to defer payment obligations


  • CAL LEG enacted AB-1854 to amend CAL LEG 4-3-800, re servicemember protections.
  • Provides for a period following a tour of active duty during which a reservist or the reservists designee may apply for relief from specified financial obligations.
