Bill Provisions
Prohibits employers from banning employees' storage of firearms in locked vehicles and prohibits employers from searching for firearms or ammunition in locked vehicles.
Civil immunity to any employers for economic loss, injury, or death resulting from adherence to law of prohibiting employers from banning the storage of firearms.
Applies to state or any municipality as an employer when the state or municipal employee's vehicle is on property owned or leased by the state or municipality.
