Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) directed health plans to submit data and comparative analyses, using attached data call tools to ensure parity and compliance.
Reported data should include major medical health coverage offered in New Mexico for individual, small, large group PPO and HMO, provider network data, pharmacy benefits
Data to report must be submitted using the self-attestation tool and data file layouts.
Failure to submit the information requested in the data call may result in the imposition of fines, rejection of qualified health plan certification, revocation of license.
Deadlines
Group plans and health insurance carriers are required to report data and analyses re health care coverage for 2023 plan year, data call reporting is due by Nov. 29, 2024.
