  • Exonerates a bond when the defendant's bondsman or insurer requests that the prosecuting attorney file felony bond jumping charges against the defendant.
  • If defendant fails to surrender within 30 days from failing to appear in court and the prosecuting attorney has not filed such charges within 30 business days of the request.
