On Dec. 4, RUS CB issued decision regarding the lombard list.
RUS CB said securities issued by residents of RUS are no longer included in Lombard list if the issuers have limited their information disclosures. to a great extent that permitted by federal laws, legal act of the President and RUS GVT and RU CB regs.
From Jun. 1, 2025 bonds of specified issuers will be excluded from the lombard list.
From Jun. 1 2024 RUS CB decided to include a number of securities on the lombard list: Metalloinvest, Russian Railways, Alrosa, PhosAgro JSC, Rosneft, Norilsk Nickel.
Effectiveness
The exclusion of limited disclosure securities applies as from Jan. 1, 2025.
