Repealed provisions that a qualified health plan is not required under certain situations to provide essential benefits that duplicate minimum benefits of qualified dental plans.
QHPs sold through MD Health Benefit Exchange must include pediatric dental benefits.
Additionally, repealed the authority of MD Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) to require children enrolling in a QHP to have specified essential pediatric dental benefits.
