Amends CAL LEG 1-1-10-2124 of Unemployment Insurance Code to add that venue is proper in any county where money or property from the offenses was obtained.
Provisions deleted the requirement that the trial be held in the County of Sacramento if the defendant has no residence or principal place of business in this State.
