RUS GVT published law 388-FZ amending art 346-43 of part 2 of the tax code.
Summary
The law grants payment agents rights to apply patent taxation system when providing services for accepting cash from individuals and depositing it in their accounts.
As well as for issuing cash to individuals from their bank accounts when they carry out retail trade through stationary retail network facilities in rural settlements.
Effectiveness
The law enters into force on Dec. 23, 2024 (30 days after official publication).
