Main Changes
Introduction of a minimum fee to ensure sustainable cost coverage, standardized training fees, applicable regardless of training conducted on-site or as a webinar.
Adjustment of hourly rates for professional consulting and administrative efforts.
Billing for additional expenses incurred by extensive or non-standardized requests.
Changes in administrative and processing fees for amendments and audits.
And, self-declaration fees for non-submission within the specified deadline demanded.
Effectiveness
Changes come into effect on Jan. 1, 2025, repealing previous reg of Jan. 30, 2023.
