COL INS issued proposed amended Bulletin B-4.31 concerning the annual maximum benefit amount for early intervention services for individual health benefit plans.
Amends COL INS 4-2-28 concerning the payment of early intervention services.
Bulletin Highlights
Provides carriers with annual maximum benefit amount for early intervention services for grandfathered individual health benefit plans, all other sickness, insurance policies.
Grandfathered individual health benefit plans means an individual health benefit plan provided by a carrier on or before Mar. 23, 2010, and that continues to maintain status
Increases the annual maximum benefit amount to $9,710 effective Jan. 1, 2024.
