NH LEG PFAS Contamination Notice

NH LEG passed Bill HB 398 to require notice of Poly and perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination prior to the execution of any contract for sale of real property. Specifies that testing of the water by an accredited laboratory can measure PFAS levels and inform a buyer's decision regarding the need to install water treatment systems.
