Amendments
Included amendments to Exempted limited partnership regulations (2021 revision) forms by substituting with words the Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act, 2023.
Monetary authority (administrative fines) regulations (2022 revision) amended certain sections by replacing with Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act,2023, references.
Effectiveness
Both regulations come into force Jul. 31, 2024.
Oct. 2024 CAY GVT Regulations
On Oct. 17, 2024, CAY GVT published Exempted limited partnership (amendment) (no. 2) regulations, 2024 (LG36, S3) which makes amendments to Schedule 1 of the fees.
In item 4, in fourth column, $1,200 is deleted and $1,300 is substituted in its place.
Within the same column, $2,000 is deleted and $2,100 is substituted in its place.
The fourth column of item 8, $1,550 is deleted and is substituted by $1,650 instead.
Amended Exempted limited partnership regulations are effective as of Jan. 1, 2025.
