On Dec. 17, NOR GVT amended Iran and Mali sanctions regulations.
NOR GVT issued Regulations amending regulations on sanctions and measures against Iran and regulations on sanctions in light of situation in Mali (FOR-2024-12-16-3143).
In regulation 149 and regulation 955, the expression Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall be changed to Directorate for Export Control and Sanctions, with some exceptions.
Effectiveness
These regulations enter into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
