Bill Provisions
Department of professional regulation shall request, or applicants may voluntarily provide, demographic information including sex, ethnicity, race, and disability data.
On or before Mar. 1 of each calendar year, department to publish report on its website that contains the demographic information it collected the preceding calendar year.
Information to be collected: the number of applications for licensure/renewal in the preceding calendar year, and the number of applicants who were denied licensure.
