Key Provisions
Guidelines cover information technology governance and management, information technology security, information technology audit, and review of their appropriateness.
In the event that a business operator has fully complied with these guidelines, Thai SEC shall consider that business operator has complied with earlier guidelines listed.
However, if the operator operates differently from these guidelines, they have the burden of proving their operation meets the requirements of those earlier guidelines.
