Key Provisions
The law introduces clarifications in connection with the adoption of law amending art 14 law on the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals in the exercise of activities for the recovery of overdue debts and on amendments law on microfinance activities and microfinance organizations
The state duty is paid for making a decision on an application for entering information about a legal entity into the state register of professional collection organizations.
Effectiveness
The law enters into force on Jan. 13, 2025 (one month after official publication).
