On Mar. 27, LTH CB amended resolution re BIC holder contracts.
LTH CB published resolution 03-37 of Mar. 26, 2024 amending resolution 03-204 of Dec. 22, 2015 on the approval of the rules for conclusion of contract with the addressable BIC holder of the CENTROlink payment system of LTH CB.
Amendments
Changes to annexe's 1 clause 5.7 re the rights of a registered BIC holder and clause 1.12 to define the meaning of own funds account (FU2), repealed clause 10.15, 13.
Effectiveness
The amending resolution entered into force on Mar. 29, 2024.
Nov. 2024 Amendments
On Nov. 4, 2024, LTH CB published amendment of resolution 03-204 of of Dec. 22 2015 on the approval of the rules for the conclusion of the agreement between the holder of the Bank of Lithuania payment system CENTROlink.
The resolution shall enter into force on Dec. 1, 2024.
