On Nov. 25, MLY Tax announced mandatory filing of real estate tax.
MLY Tax informed that submission of the real estate profit tax return form (BNCKHT) electronically through e-CKHT on the MyTax portal is mandatory from Jan. 1, 2025.
To improve service quality, certified attorneys and appointed licensed tax agents are allowed to access the taxpayer's e-CKHT through the specified mediums.
