On Oct. 17, SK FSS issued auditor designation results for FY2025.
SK FSS said that it has issued a prior notice on auditor designation results for FY2025.
Follows SK FSS Oct. 2023 issued FY2024 auditor designation results, see #188547.
Overview of Prior Notice
Issued the prior notice to a total of 1,234 companies, including 506 companies for periodic designation of auditors, 728 companies for ex officio designation of auditors.
Notified companies and external auditors to submit their opinions, including a request for re-designation, if any, to SK FSS within 2 weeks from the date of this prior notice.
Any audit contracts shall be concluded within 2 weeks from the date of main notice.
Companies can sign an external audit contract with a designated auditor even before a main notice is issued, where there is no special opinion on the prior notice.
Plus, companies can check details on auditor designation, periodic designation rollover according to distributed designation via the external audit contract reporting system.
Next Step
SK FSS will issue the main notice on Nov. 12, 2024, based on the submitted opinions.
