On Dec. 4, HUN CB issued decree on capital market firms data rules.
HUN CB issued Decree 56/2024 (XII. 3) on data provision obligations of capital market organizations to the information system, for the Bank perform its supervisory tasks.
Follows HUN CB Dec. 2024, issued data submission obligation decree, see #235965.
Summary
Decree covers organizations in scope of Act CXXXVIII of 2007 on investment firms and commodity exchange service providers, central securities depositories, counterparties and organizations performing stock exchange activities (collectively data providers).
Data providers to provide regular and ad hoc data to HUN CB, using general ledger, analytical and other records prepared in accordance with the accounting regulations.
Supervisory documents/details must be preserved for 5 years from report due date.
Effectiveness
Section 15 and annexes 13-14 enter into force on Apr. 1, 2025.
The remainder of the regulation enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
