Amends CT LEG 601-33-636, Business corporations, Certificate of incorporation.
Bill Provisions
The certificate of incorporation must include the email address of entity, if applicable.
Also must include the entity's North American Industry Classification System Code.
Foreign limited liability company must include a certificate of existence or similar, duly authenticated by the Secretary of the State or other official having custody of records.
