  • No alien or person who is not a citizen of US or foreign government adversary shall acquire title to or own land in State either directly or indirectly through business entity.
  • Does not apply to business entity engaged in regulated interstate commerce or that has a national security agreement with the CFIUS in accordance with federal law.
  • On or after Nov. 1, 2023, any deed recorded with county clerk shall include as an exhibit to deed an affidavit executed by the person, attestation regarding compliance.
  • OKL AG to promulgate a separate affidavit form for individuals and for business entities or trusts to comply with requirements, may establish additional exemptions.
