Main Points
According to the proposal, a new task would be added to the agency, so that the Board would be responsible for directing companies' digital financial management network.
Also, the Board would coordinate development work so that digitization projects implemented in public administration and the private sector support that network.

Effectiveness
The law is intended to enter into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
Dec. 2024 Law Approved
On Dec. 5, 2024, FIN GVT said FIN PRL approved FIN TEM Act amending the Act on the Patent and Registration Office and orders law to enter into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
