Follows MLY CB Apr. 2024 issued amendment to order re AML/CFT/CPF, #207734.
Also follows LBN FSA Mar. 2023 latest amendment of Labuan domestic list, #139462.
Requirements
Labuan key reporting institutions are required to conduct name screening for the new specified entities and submit positive match via the determination reporting form.
Submission of the determination reporting form is not required for NIL exposure.
Effectiveness
Form must be submitted no later than May 23, 2024.
