Questionnaire Overview
Compliance managers of all reserved alternative investment funds (FIARs) are invited to complete and transmit the FIAR AML/CFT questionnaire 2023, in accordance with their obligation to cooperate with the authorities under article 5 of the AML/CFT Law.
Amendments have been made to section 2, question 5 customers and two questions have been grouped together: higher-risk countries and higher-risk jurisdictions.
LUX EDA updated guidelines for RAIFs to help them complete the questionnaire.
Effectiveness
Latest deadline for submitting the FIAR questionnaire AML/CFT 2023 is May 31, 2024.
