On Apr. 21, ALG Tax extended the deadline to submit declarations.
ALG Tax informed of extension for submitting annual declarations of results (series G n° 4 and series G n° 11), and the annual income declaration (series G No. 1).
And the documents annexed thereto for the financial year 2023 including the annual e-declaration of transfer prices of art 151ter of the Code of Direct and Assimilated Taxes.
Effectiveness
Extension until May 31, 2024 and because it will coincide with a legal day off, the deadline is postponed to the next working day, i.e. on Sunday Jun. 2, 2024.
