  • Also issued by the Government Securities Division (GOV) Notice GOV1675-24.
  • Certificate of Incumbency
  • The certificate provides designated persons with authority to direct the movement of collateral and provide overall written authorization on matters re member's accounts.
  • Unless a request is submitted through the Clearing fund management system, the certificate will serve as the sole attestation to verify all request re member accounts.
  • In addition, a cross certification is required if the person attesting to the individuals listed in the certificate of incumbency is also included as an authorized signer.
