TSX Alpha T+1 Settlement Adoption

TSX Alpha published rulebook amendments in response to industry changes to move to a cycle where settlement occurs one trading day after the trade date (T+1).
Follows CSA Feb. 2022 Nt 24-318 on T+1 settlement implementation, see #128430.

Amended TSX Alpha Rule 5-103(1), TSX Alpha Rule 5-103(2)(a)(i), TSX Alpha Rule 5-103(2)(a)(ii), TSX Alpha Rule 5-103(2)(b)(i), TSX Alpha Rule 5-103(b)(ii).
TSX Alpha Rule 5-103(2)(c), TXS Alpha Rule 5- 301(2), TSX Alpha Rule 5-301(9).
To conform to amendments to move to T+1 settlement as set out in Notice 24-318.
Provided redline version of proposed amendments in Appendix A of the document.
Effectiveness
Amendments to TSX Alpha rulebook will become effective on May 27, 2024.
