ORE LEG passed bill SB 1506 which allows a pharmacist to test and prescribe, dispense and administer treatment for and treat virus SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19).
A pharmacist may test for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and prescribe, dispense and administer treatment, including drug therapy.
Insurer must provide payment and reimbursement for the testing for severe acute respiratory syndrome and prescribing, dispensing, administering of its treatment.
