Provisions
Provides relevant definitions, automatic assignment to means individuals required to enroll who do not select a managed care organization, automatically assigned one.
Managed care organizations or MCOs means a certified HMO that provides health care services to Medicaid members per agreement with the Bureau for Medical Services.
Requires development of improved quality of care for substance use disorder (SUD).
Also requires annual report re effectiveness to WV INS beginning with Nov. 15, 2024.
