Increased potential penalty per violation from $1,000 to $10,000 for each violation.
Provides that no penalty may be imposed per this section on any party who provides satisfactory evidence that penalty has been paid to US DoL for violation of child labor.
Must also establish that penalty was paid based on the same factual circumstances.
