Sandbox Process
Provides free access to relevant expertise, guidance; increased confidence in finished project, product / service; better understanding of the regulatory requirements.
Also regulators' expectations and impact of the regulations on the business.
Strengthened perception of approach to ethical, responsible use of AI.
Opportunity to inform / contribute to future guidance efforts from DEN DP, DEN DIG.
Sandbox process intends to support innovation and use of good AI solutions through project and practice-based guidance on specific regulatory requirements.
And contribute to reducing time from development to operation.
Ensure fewer projects stalled / terminated due to uncertainty re regulatory framework.
